Belated Easter post

These photos were taken during Easter when we were visited by Carly, Tom & Libby up from Wellington. I had read about decorating a cupcake as an Easter chick so attempted to try this with the girls. They covered the cupcake with pink icing (obviously their choice of colour!) then sprinkled it with toasted coconut and had an almond for the beak, raisins for eyes and jelly beans for the feet. These photos show the outcome. The decorating was really just a distraction from eating their morning tea and the chicks did not last long!
