One week to due date!

Yes it is already one week until due date - which means any time is possible. The cot is set up, bag kind of packed and we are ready, as we can be. I keep on getting the comment from strangers about how busy I will be - so am making the most of the 'quiet' time now.

The girls have no concept of time so are not showing any signs of interest - Alexa just knows the baby will arrive before her birthday (end Feb). However, through the pregnancy both have been interested in the baby inside my belly and Isobel in particular gives my belly cuddles.

With both girls having been born after due date (5 and 3 days after) I am half resigned to the idea that number 3 could well be late too, however I would welcome an earlier arrival. The weather has turned really hot and muggy of late which means I would be happy to lose the extra weight sooner!
