Pressies for Alexa

Dougal & Emma bought this Tshirt all the way from France. It is a jack russell on the front - very similar profile to Alexa's grandparents farm dog Zac. She loved the tshirt and spent most of the time pulling it out to see the dog. This is a very very cheesy smile, followed by her response when asked to shoe me where Zac is.
A cook in the making - here she is helping Dad cook. She loves being part of the action and wants to know what is being cooked. I find that she is generally more willing to eat her dinner if she has been involved in the making of it.

Above is a recent addition thanks to Gran - a Pooh Bear chair that she is pretty proud of. I think this shot is hilarious with the three heads above one another - Alexa, Pooh and Uncle Jamie in background trying to get some shut eye.

Last shot taken at Omaha shows Alexa and how much she loves her big cousin Ethan.

Isobel - at one week

Here are a few more shots of our new daughter. Admittedly Isobel isn't getting the same camera attention her older sister got at her age. Apologies for those checking the site to see it hasn't been updated in a fair while.

In the first shot she is wearing the little booties that Uncle Mark and Aunty Caro bought her - the only ones that would stay on as her legs are so slim!

The second shot, also taken at Omaha in the first week is her Great Grandpa. She seems pretty relaxed with all the attention.

She is now almost 4 weeks old and has grown so much in that time. She feels more robust now when I change or bath her. I think she is starting to look a bit different to Alexa as this age. She is certainly a lot easier to look after than Alexa, she sleeps pretty well averaging 14 hours in a 24 hr period and feeds more quickly. She is however prone to throwing up her feeds, probably due to the speed at which she guzzles her milk.
